Who you are buying from

You are buying from Scentora, based in Lagos, Nigeria. The store is run on the ShopCera platform, but your purchase is with Scentora.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in the store's currency. Prices and availability can change, but we will honour the price you saw when you placed an order we accepted.
• You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. For bank transfer, your order is confirmed once we see your payment. For cash on delivery, please have the money ready when it arrives.

Orders

Scentora may cancel an order, with a full refund of anything you've paid, if an item is out of stock, a price was shown wrongly, or we can't deliver to you.

Delivery

Delivery is covered in our shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed when we tell you it is. Please arrive on time. Cancellations and deposits are covered in our returns and refunds policy.
