Delivery

Scentora is based in Lagos, Nigeria. Delivery options and fees are shown at checkout, based on where you are. Some stores also offer pickup; if so, it appears at checkout too.

When your order will arrive

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 3 working days after payment is confirmed (or after we confirm your cash-on-delivery order). Delivery times depend on your location and the courier. You will get an email or message when your order is on its way.

Before you receive it

• Please give a full and correct delivery address and a phone number the courier can reach.
• Check the parcel when it arrives and tell us straight away if it is damaged.
• If you are unavailable, the courier may try again or contact you to rearrange.
